One of our speciality services is the provision of pre-booked wheelchair accessible vehicles.
Due to an increasing demand for such vehicles, we have recently extended our fleet, enabling us to provide a far better and more comprehensive service for this sector.
We have chosen various vehicle sizes and combinations in order to meet a wide range of needs. MCS accommodate both electric, manual and custom made wheelchairs. If the wheelchair is custom made, the driver/vehicle may be required to attend your address prior to the booking date in order to see if the vehicle will be suitable for transporting the wheelchair user safely.
Please book at least 48 hours in advance where possible.
Upon booking we will require the following information:
How many wheelchair users?
Type of wheelchair? (Electric/manual)

How many other passengers other than the wheelchair user?
How much luggage?
It is a legal requirement that all wheelchair users have a safety lap belt fitted to their wheelchair, unfortunately due to safety issues we cannot transport wheelchair users without the correct restraints in place.
Wheelchair access to our vehicles is gained either by ramp or electric hoist depending on the vehicle.
